Black Lotus is the long awaited Citrus LP which has been around on dub for ages. The first sampler was an instant anthem and had loads of support by all the usual suspects in the drum & bass scene, it included a coperation with the mighty Jade & Hydro, which guaranteed some quality vibes... With the second sampler Chris Su teamed up with the Mindscape boys, and delivered a wicked Vocal roller featuring mc rymetyme. Its needles to say this tunes been getting plenty of support all over. Both these samplers where just a part of a long story which had to be told. The album Track Black lotus got a remix treatment by the mighty Break who delivered an excellent piece of work for this album, subtle edits, deep vibes with absolute killer sound quality and nuff floor ingredients. This track sets the pace for what this album is all about. a great diversity of styles and sounds ranging from a dirty, noisy rave track produced with a brand nu talent from Budapest called Mastif to solo productions like “the vulture” which takesn us right back into those early virus vibes. Pure quality stuff. Noisia steps in and delivers what we think of as one of there finest rollers ever. A killer which can already by found in the bag of the likes of Hype, Rider, Chase & Status , Andy C, Calyx, Teebee and many like minded. Massive basslines, nasty stabs and just a killer production. This tune delivers huge pressure on crowd. A timeless roller. Besides these killer anthems, tunes like Future Control featuring Rymetyme, Going Down, and Insomnia featuring Jade Deliver the final touch in making this album a true masterpiece.
