Drumsound and Simon Bassline Smith have been key players in the drum & bass scene for many years, their Technique label dropping regular dancefloor missives has attracted and built a hardcore following. For their debut release on Bingo they have made something a little different with some excellent funky vibes in the vocal/70’s intro and this joins with a slammin subby bassline and skippy drums for a proper party roller laced with snippets of dub samples on the aptly named ‘Let The Good Times Roll’. Big from Brixton to Brum to Brazil. ‘Go’ on the flip wouldn't sound too far off the map of a Dillinja production, pummelling bassline and bongo patterns make for a bouncing club banger. Two sides with more than enough appeal and played by DJs across the board.
